There are two car float operations serving Whittier, AK on the Alaska RR. One operates from Seattle and the other operates from Prince Rupert, BC. The only other car float operation I know of is the Eastern Shore RR's Cape Charles-Little Creek, Va route. However, I believe that service is suspended due to problems with the barge.
