Amazing. Construction has started and is progressing eastward and they can't agree on where to build it beyond a certain point.

Patronage is down at ONT because the Los Angeles Department of Airports looks upon ONT as an unwanted stepchild. The place has much higher fares than LAX. No wonder the patronage is down.
