Hmmm ...

The new elevator complex recently built at McCoy WA is in Whitman County, and is now loading unit grain trains that run on the rails that the state purchased.

I think the State of Washington, Whitman County, the Port of Whitman County, W&I Railway and CoAg all made significant contributions to that project.
