The economy from Texas all the way North into the Dakotas is stalled for lack of competent help.
They're building a $300M pipe plant in Norfolk NE as fast as they can move dirt, Toyota's national
HQ is moving from CA to TX and will employ 4,000 if they can find them. The middle of the country
hardly resembles California.
