Are the tracks from Montesano to Aberdeen in worse shape than tracks that run from Elma to Shelton to Bremerton? Or are the tracks worse from Elma?

I am in the Shelton area during the week and see PSAP locomotives parked in Shelton and have seen couple of the garbage trains with UP power come thru Shelton. I did see recently the siding just North of Shelton had quite a few cars with double stack garbage containers.

Has PSAP done any upgrades on the any of the trackage they operate? I remember hearing a few years ago of multiple derailments near Montesano with grain cars.

Do they have an upgrade plan at all? Since they now have grain and auto rack trains I would think increased revenue would let them do it. I can't imagine BNSF/UP liking idea of poor trackage when their locomotives being used as run thru power along with owner of the autos being shipped from Grays Harbor.
