And that might be how long it takes to "conceptualize" a set of plans, not to mention a sufficient
traffic base to support it. Actually, there's tons of conversation in Denver to come up with some
form of HSR between Denver and Vail/Eagle/Dillon for both the ski and tourist seasons. It's like
six miles from Dillon to the Ike Tunnel, earlier this year that took me 2 1/2 hours. Traffic like
that might actually support the project.
