Globe Tire Commercials (O.T.)

Does anyone remember the Globe Tire commericals that used to air on KNX in the 80's? My favorite was when their intrepid pair of field reporters were "live" from the LA to Canada Freeway. It turned out that they had just passed JPL, and were in La Canada. Almost as good as Stan Freberg.
