BNSF Scenic Subdivision status report?

Would it be a safe bet to assume that the BNSF Scenic Sub is shut down due to the fire near Leavenworth? I know Winton is under a Level 3 evacuation alert, although at this point the fire doesn't appear to be near (a relative term) the rail line.
