And Doc you're certainly right in what you say. The utilities in Nebraska look at wind power with
a very jaundiced eye. Yes there's right now way above the target available, but the chances that
will be on line and productive at the same time is below 50%. Throwing peaking units into the mix
doesn't help a lot either as they're not designed for continuous load either. The widespread
adaptation of railroad electrification would almost demand dedicated source.
