Excellent Point. I actually visited the Port of Chiapas 16km North of the Guatemala Border a few years back. They were rebuilding the former G&W rail line. When I asked the port worker what there highest security fear was, he responded about illegal immigrants riding the train north if they restarted rail operations from the Port.
