Southern Pacific Hospital...a different view.

In November 1962, while visiting a friend who was in the SP San Francisco Hospital, I noticed that the facility had a pretty unique stationary steam plant. There were a couple of slide valve steam engines that generated auxilary power that was used in the hospital. The boiler room and engine room were absolutely spotless. I was allowed access to photograph by the chief engineer. I know it's not a train but it IS SP steam.
