That is a very unfriendly and unkind and unnecessary way
to handle the problem of uninvited people being on Alameda
County/PLA/GGRM property. I very much hope that this
attitude and response is NOT typical of either the PLA or
the GGRM. In this case, a polite explanation of the rules
and a polite request to leave should have been all that was
necessary.

Your response is not the way to handle problems of this sort.
