For once I completely agree with Drew. After all it's his life's efforts, and if he's concerned about their survial, it's his choice, not yours nor mine.
Toward the end of his life, Edward Weston, who is famous for being the best at making prints, was discovered burning his negatives because he felt no one else could print them and do the pix justice. He was eventually talked out of it, which is fortunate because of his stature in the world of photography. I'm always impressed with Drew's early pix but not so much with the later ones in which he seems to use too much telephoto.
