Environmental Group Sues over Oil Tank Cars

Yes, this will attract the usual flames, but read closely. They allegedly asked for a DOT emergency order banning the use of DOT-111 tank cars for hauling crude oil. DOT stayed silent. Suit is to make US DOT say something (and of course to tell them what to say).
