Can you provide a link to a website backing up your comment stating that there are a "couple of billionaire environmental nuts" funding the plaintiffs in this lawsuit? if not, your reply to Bob2 just reinforces his point.

As a railfan and an environmentalist, I certainly do give a hoot about pipelines, ships, tank cars and barges. There are lots of tank cars and barges passing through the city in which I live.

I can't speak for "limosine" [sic] liberals as I never use a limousine for transportation, nor do I personally know any liberals who do. I drive a 4-door sedan (mostly for weekend travel) and walk and ride local and intercity buses. As a bus liberal, I am sometimes mollified.
