A Few Siskiyou Steam Questions--

Over the past few weeks I've been intrigued by what's been going on in the Northwest steam scene, in particular the Fred Kepner collection. Has anything changed out there in Merril or do all the ToadOrders threads on the matter pretty much sum things up? Also, what is Mr. Kepner's ultimate intent for the preserved pieces?
Then this next one was asked over on WCRF yesterday, and involves a forum favorite. I can't ask it more eloquently so I'll just go with user "TrainKids"'s query:
"Has anyone heard any news about 19? Apparently the sheriff's auction that was supposed to sell the engine and settle the debt owed to the Chelatchie Boiler Works got postponed because Railroad Services and Supply Co. filed a lawsuit claiming their lien against the engine has seniority. But all this happened last year and I haven't found anything that talks about what has happened since. Is she still in Yreka and are they still working out the lawsuits and the engine's ownership?"
