As to the Kepner collection: I have contacted the "dreaded lawyer" that no one likes on this board, and he told me that Kepner will not sell yet, he is trying to still do something with the collection. I think that you will not see any of these locomotives sold until the passing of Kepner, and the judge orders a auction to a scrap dealer.
