First question: Mr. Kepner has the best intentions, but his equipment still sits in the elements, rusting in Merril ... and more than likely will never come to be in his 'museum' as he and his late mother had planned.

Second question: The 19 remains entangled in legal issues and remains locked inside the engine house at the Yreka Western.

The last court hearing was held in the Siskiyou Superior Court on the 30th of June where the presiding judge stated she is not familiar with corporate law and could not make a decision. She ordered both parties to submit a brief by the 30th of July. As I understand it, there may be another hearing on the 30th of September. I'm not absolutely sure about that date though.

I have a feeling this issue will have to be settled in a Federal Court, and I would assume the verdict would be against RSSC.
