It's obviously not really about the poor turtles, is it? Because if it really was, these nincompoops would really want to close I- 15 and I-40, where they kill a turtle or two way more often than the choo-choo's ever have or could?
Have you ever actually seen how difficult it is for a turtle try to climb ballast and then climb over high rail? This is a great example of that leap from myth to fact......which is always something heard, from somebody who heard it, from somebody who was actually there, right?
And, how many turtles have been trained by their mommy's to cross the choo-choo tracks at the grade crossing......what are the chances?
How many folks have seen a turtle crossing a desert road? I have.
Again, tell me who funds these folks and how they get paid, then you will be much better equipped to determine the real agenda?
Of course, if they tried to close I-15 to Vegas, they might wake up with a cute and furry, but hardly endangered, wild mustangs head in their bed, as a special present from Big Pussy and Tony.
