Genesee & Wyoming acquiring Pinsly's Arkansas lines

I heard a rumor a couple of months ago Pinsly was shopping all of its Arkansas operations to potential buyers. Rumor confirmed today:

[www.progressiverailroading.com]

This would leave Pinsly with its assortment of branches in central and northern Florida, plus the isolated Pioneer Valley RR in Massachusetts. One can't help but wonder if the northern "outlier" is being shopped out, as well.
