Correct on the span of the state-owned trackage, Brian. I could see CSX possibly giving FCEN trackage rights to Winston Yard near Lakeland to bring interchange traffic from the state trackage to the yard there IF CSX does not maintain a through freight over the A-line which could pick up the FCEN traffic at Taft. I think a lot is just going to depend on how much of a presence CSX maintains on the A-line.
