GGRM's move had noting to do with rail access to the former shipyard. They were evicted, as I recall, to allow for eventual development on the property. Also, GGRM connected to the Caltrain main via Carroll Avenue.

The Quint St. track is for access to the port; a bit north of Carroll Ave.
