Leap Year Day and the Railroads???

Railroads have been known to conduct activities in regard to many special occassions such as painting their locomotives in special paint schemes for the Bicentennial, the Olympic Games and even decorating them for Christmas.

What about for Leap Year Day, which is today, Friday, February 29, 2008 this year?

Any special events or observances?

Do frogs (which are the recognized Leap Year symbol) actually get transported by trains.

How do they make arrangements for their schedules since there is an additional date placed in the calendar year this year?
