Actually, because of various poorly remediated spills inside the Indian Nation (Salish-Kootenai) the tribe chose not to renew Yellowstone Pipeline's lease and required the company to remove the pipe from the right of way. Yellowstone Pipeline has looked at other alignments, but has not had the fortitude to proceed through environmental review to build elsewhere.

The pipeline leaks and the company addressed the issue poorly. The only greed was in sloppy management. BTW, this is a refined fuels pipeline (gasoline,av gas,and diesel fuels).
