First, the obstacles and roadblocks would have to be removed and the line OFFERED to Dennis Washington.

Once THAT was done, perhaps he'd be interested in rehabbing and using it.

Until it's offered to him, for sale or otherwise, who can speculate what he might want to do with it?

And is there some truth to the rumor that the line has remained pretty much untouched and in a dormant state for a decade or so because of Hazmat cleanup complication issues? Is it true that copper mine tailings were used for the fills?
