Excellent idea! Senior apartments within feet of a rail corridor. This reminds me of the apartments all along the Chicago El tracks. Watch the movie Blues Brothers to see what I mean. I personally lived in that neighborhood near the Argyle Street station. San Rafael look to what your future will eventually be. AGHHHH!!!
