I believe that the "387" in the subject line is a typo - the actual no. was 378.

As to locomotive type, the only photos I have ever seen of this train show it being powered by a Class T-36 or T-37 4-6-0 ex-EP&SW. 2103 and 2106 are examples in my collection. I hope that this adds to the knowledge base about this eclectic little train which, at least in the public timetables, was unnamed.
