Just because I am pointing out the obvious flaws in our "free market system" does not obligate me to have some ready facile solution. We need to come up with better ways of allocating resources, and even the wealth concentrators now at Davos, are beginning to realize this. At least Alaskans got to share in some of the profit from the Prudhoe Bay.
My flippant answer: No, a small government agency!
