Once again, yesrterday about 0900 an eastbound LOADED coal train went by. Or, at least the last third was loaded as I did niot get to the window fast enough to see the front two thirds. Does anybody know why, what seems to be a once a month event of coal headed east from Auburn is occuring? Is it "surplus" coal from Centralia? It just does not make any sense.
