I agree, had to be setting out BOs using the wye to avoid fouling the main and crossings. Unless you saw something beyond yard limits, well then ?????

Speaking of coal and Stampede, I saw an article again that John Henry II at Ravensdale was going to reopen to use the last couple years of their rights before they expired. Is anything going on out there? I would imagine its going by truck to Seattle for the cement plant if they are doing anything.
