Empty lumber racks and autos (particularly if Chryslers/Jeeps) sounds like a block bound for the PSAP in Centralia. The Longview turn is no longer handling the bulk of the interchange with PSAP, but I don't know what is in its place. Might be a Hinkle or Portland origin.
