I'm amazed at how long it took someone to look at these locos and figure out they were a blight and not going anywhere. They were bagged 15 years ago but nothing has run since December 2000 when CCT 70 with BUBX moved the SP coach from Lazios to Arcata Redwood for storage. Those engine blocks have got to be seized in that marine environment, copper gone, lights broken....nothing but scrap. Unfortunately one of them is SP 3190.
