Unfortunately, Jim doesn't understand the danger he places himself in, and instead chooses to blame others. Nor does he understand that his actions make it all the harder for those of you who act responsibility when you're on or around railroad property.

I'm amazed that the railroad police aren't more proactive and reactive in their dealings with him.
