It's a good question: where do the bikes go? I didn't see much space for them. An article somewhere said that in the future SMART will be in Sonoma and perhaps even Vallejo. They might want to try to buy the Vallejo branch.

Not a terrible idea. Lots of Marin's service sector employees come from east bay. A train ride could save a lot of time and be preferable to spending the money on gas and having to sit in traffic.

But why are you talking about streetcars? I don't see the connection?
