I would think that an MP-15,would never have been geared for anything close to passeneger speed,I did ride these a few times out out the old New Hall yard with engineer Judd(SP Days),and i was kinda wondering why they went so slow,alot different that the regular 4 Axle stuff, that was normally assigned to trains like the Broadway,and others.
