You're right Mook. On googlemaps the Armstrong Ave trackage leads to this industry. Here's a TO post saying that the Armstrong trackage came off the Coke lead and would occasionally get a car: [

I'm looking at historicaerials and it looks like this building was there in '46 so these tracks are probably from way way back.
The current building looks well-maintained. Brand new windows. Nice new paint. But the windows are all papered over on inside--maybe there aren't even windows, just concrete with windows frames over it. There's some barbwire along one of the roofs. I wonder what they're doing in there?
Maybe the second track was a storage track for switching purposes--pull a car and spot it there. That's how they use the old lead to Hunter's point now.
