Here's the historicaerials.com view of that parcel west of the tracks where the storage place is now. It looks like there was a small yard there but it may have been for some kind of shipping place based on the boxcars all lined up evenly outside some warehouse looking buildings. Or not. It looks pretty empty in the succeeding aerials views.
