Lot's O trains on the UP because the slide on the Cascade line. There is a certain level of congestion anyway on the UP in terms of getting trains into Portland when they are busy and into Hinkle when they are busy. New signals have been going in from Troutdale to Bridal Veil. Seems like they've been working this project for a couple of years. Previous poster is correct, Columbia Gorge Commission required or suggested the brown for the signal equipment boxes.
