SJVR Sunset Railway Recap

Many thanks for the answers to my post below on the status of the Plains terminal on the SJVR Sunset Railway. Based on my research, here is what I can find of the current customers and traffic on this line. East to west, a dairy at Milux just east of the I-5 receives about 6 cars of cottonseed a month. West of the I-5, the Paloma Gulf transload facility, opened in 2004, receives, according to the Paloma Gulf website, 3 switches a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). Past that is the Taft Manufacturing Company facility on S Lake Rd in Levee, which appears to get some type of containers on 89 foot flats. Finally is the new Plains unit oil facility, with no predictable service at the moment. Can anyone confirm or clarify or deny any of this -- especially days and times of jobs?
