Thanks. The dairy at Conner seems to be in the same location as the facility on Millux Rd just east of the I-5. I've seen covered hoppers on spot there on an earlier Google Earth, but not the current one. I've also found a reference to a transload called US Commodities at the same address on Millux Rd, so this is what that facility may actually be.
