This stupid "lawyered up" comment sounds a lot like the same kind of dubious comments coming out of aptly named Philadelphia Mayor "Nutter's" pie hole, this morning.

The Engineer has not talked to local (Mayor Nutter's boys) yokels, since they have no authority to interview him, but it is my understanding that he has been fully cooperative with the NTSB and Amtrak officials.

Have you or any of us yet seen any actual official analysis the black box data? What was the status of the braking systems? What actions preceded the derailment?

Or are you just repeating what you've heard from our amazingly stupid politicians or our incredibly dumb media?

The NTSB was actually pretty quick to refute the Mayor's uninformed and apparently premature assertions, which makes me wonder what they really know?
