The RTC has to let him speak, but that does not mean anyone is listening.

BTW, the RTC would not be considering the relocation of the GGRM to Santa Cruz if there were any possibility of the track being removed. The GGRM presented at last week's RTC meeting and a lease is being negotiated with the City of Santa Cruz. They plan on doing eight steam train events per year, four of which would be in conjunction with the Watsonville Strawberry festival, the Santa Cruz American Music Festival in Aptos, the begonia festival in Capitola and the Wharf-to-Wharf race. With three rail operations in Santa Cruz County the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line and going to see more rail traffic in the future.
