Repeated Attempts to Derail Trains near Rathdrum, Idaho

The subject line is my unofficial interpretation of the actions that individuals are taking. A four-foot high pile of rocks, as described in the following story, can have no other intended purpose.

That stretch of BNSF is a constant problem. Last weekend a different train radioed that it had encountered a large pile of debris in the woods east of Rathdrum. If I had five bucks for every time I've heard such calls from that area over the last 19 years, and the resultant dispatch of the special agent in fruitless search of the perps, I'd be taking all of you out to dinner at Applebee's (per that other tread below).
