Museum Trashing

I have noticed a frequent thread on this site where posters trash various railroad museums, historical societies and preservation groups. It seems to me that GGRM, CSRM, PLA and others are constantly being critizied for their policies or practices. These are all volunteer groups. Can't we cut them some slack? Just because they don't preserve your favorite road, is that a reason to attack them?
