I guess Alan Hemphill does not know how to run a public meeting.
How dare he allow Pechner to distribute an email (undoubtedly obtained
from Chris Neary) questioning the integrity of NCRA Board member
Tom MacDonald.

It's the politics of personal destruction and for what purpose?

The Board has the votes to do what freight proponents want. Do
NCRA supporters really think that Bernie Meyers and Tom MacDonald
would risk their own reputations and violate the law in order
to share legal strategies?

Yuk. Rail supporters should be ashamed. Whatever your point of
view with regards to rail, it was a hatchet job accomodated by a
very weak NCRA Board Chair, Alan Hemphill. Does he know how to
run a public meeting?
