The Folsom group reinstalled the crossing gates at White Rock Road with plans to upgrade their end of the line enough to run their little diesel with a coach - upgrades are still not done though afaik. At the moment, operations are with speeders. They did have one little "railfair" a few years ago where SacRT brought out their historic streetcar and its generator cart - that was a fun little ride from In n Out to White Rock and back (crossing gates weren't up yet so trips had to stop there).
