Absolutely, there is no need to tear out much if any track for a trail bridge over Missouri Flat Rd.!! Here's the intersection in Google Maps: [
www.google.com]. Note that the trail is already there, paralleling the tracks though not (yet) paved west of MFRd. A paved trail has already replaced the rail line east of MFRd. Check out the satellite view for a better picture of conditions.
Any engineer who can't figure out how to build a ped/bike bridge there without removing tracks needs to have his (almost certainly a his) license reexamined. Besides, there's potential on-line business just west of MF - notice the place with a spur?
