I remember personally discussing this "pressing" Amtrak equipment need for more diners and sleepers, and why Amtrak was not getting more coaches, with Joe Boardman.....

I found it to be just another sign that he didn't quite get it.....?

How are the State procurements coming, since I am taking grand children on the train, and don't want to stand all of the way to San Diego?????
