Most likely we'll see them out here in the West on the Coast Starlight, California Zephyr, Empire Builder and Southwest Chief, all of which have had at least one Heritage baggage. I know they've been showing up on the Eastern single-level trains, including the regionals such as the Pennsylvanian and the Carolinian, as well as the Capitol Limited.
Apparently Amtrak has found a use for some of the older baggage cars bounced off the overnighters -- they're adding them to their southern Illinois regionals, the Illini and the Saluki, to comply with a Canadian National requirement for trains to have a minimum axle count to properly activate grade crossing signals. A picture of the Saluki with three Heritage baggages behind its revenue cars is on Page 32 in the June issue of Railpace magazine.
