If that is true then why do most utilities just dump it on their property instead of loading it on closed hoppers and selling it or even giving it to concrete makers?
Or even take it back to the mine from where the coal was from
There have been a few incidents of Fly Ash dams giving way and destroying towns and polluting rivers and lakes (one of many reasons that this country is trying to get away from burning coal)
